How did you know you wanted to be a therapist?

I've always struggled with overthinking, body image & other subtle mental health disturbances. However, there was no naming or identification. This motivated me to study why I was feeling the way I was & what I could do about it. Thats how I was called into becoming a therapist & studying psychology.
