How did you know you wanted to be a therapist?

I realised the power of therapy when I experienced it myself and it set me on a path of growth and self-knowledge that has brought so much colour and richness to my life. I knew then that I wanted to train in facilitating this kind of process for others and contributing to the mental health and well-being of others.
