Which bucket would your therapy style fit into primarily?
I believe in on working with the very real, though professional, relationship of the therapist and patient. With a focus on the feelings evoked inside and outside of therapy, my style looks at enhancing one's emotional and mental capacity to bear more of one's being.
What’s that defining feature of your approach to therapy?
I believe symptomatic relief is a by-product but not the main goal of therapy. The real goal is to enhance intimacy with one’s own self, for which one always needs a relationship first with themselves.
