How did you know you wanted to be a therapist?

Over a decade ago, I first experienced therapy as a client. Having both positive and unsatisfactory experiences over the years, I learned that access to quality mental health care in India was limited and inaccessible and it continues to be. I hope that as a Counselling Psychologist I can bring myself to individuals' journeys and lives in way that I was received as a client many years ago.
